Did you get your hair highlighted, or did the sun do that? It looks very nice.
I told work just before I went to Bonnaroo. First trimester was kicking my BUTT and I knew it was affecting my performance and wanted to explain myself. No official notification to the whole office, but my team, director and most of the people on my floor are in the know (as do my peers who took lunchtime yoga since I had to quit).
Several weeks ago (think it was 10 actually) I got a cut and color and this time asked for "pretty" highlights because again, first trimester was kicking my butt. Kathleen the Genius gave me these caramel/honey highlights and as I have been in the summer they have gotten brighter. Love it! :)

Sizing has been an issue for me too...I've noticed a difference depending on the type of waistband, too. I tend to get one size with the full panel and a different size with that wide band waist that doesn't cover the belly. Sure makes trying on clothes to figure out the sizes very tiring. :/ I don't even want to think about what's not going to fit in a few months. :(

I did and just got a call an hour ago that they received my records from my old OB. August 6th and they will give me a referral for a sonogram so I can find out the sex! :)
