It's not sparkly, which I LOVE and the color is light enough that I can wear it in the dead of winter without looking dirty or fake. It also layers well to get more color. I can see upon closer inspection that you share my love of the liquid eyeliner. I also prefer my makeup to be a bit of a statement when I bother to wear it. I think liquid liner has more "oomph", and it's much easier than a pencil for me as well.
