Most things on the table are veg, I leave just as stuffed as everyone else.<BR/>I love your blog. Very sweet of your contractor to want the house to be done for the baby:-). Since I am the only vegetarian in my family and I am the cook I do the turkey and gravy and sides for everyone and then if I feel like it I will make veggie gravy for me. I make enough stuffing that if I want to add meat I can pull off a batch for me and then do the rest for the family. I did a tofurkey once and was not happy with the taste so I haven't done one since. I am looking for a good substitute for the turkey sandwich situation as I would love to have that option after the main day.Margotnoreply@blogger.com
