I don't buy a bunch of separates from Target for that exact reason. Now she wears silver earrings with her gold wedding band and platinum anniversary band with regularity.<BR/><BR/>The funny thing is, though, I am 29. You'd think that I'd have outgrown it by now. <BR/><BR/>I have a leather matching strategy, though. I buy only two colors of shoes and belts- chocolate brown and black. My (huge)purse is red, as is my wide leather watchband. This way, my shoes match my belt and my outfit, but the purse and watch, which have to with everything, are the "neutral" items, even though they are red. I have a camel tumbled leather hobo for day and sport it with chocolate suede, black patent, red calfskin without a second thought. When i bought it, it was on clearance. Interesting choices, Allie. I cannot say I dislike this look, and yet I know I would never wear it-- or rather, I know I could never pull it off! He he.<BR/><BR/>I am built similarly to you; that is, I am pretty full figured, with big boobs and a short torso, and I find belts over tops to be very unflattering (think matronly) on me, especially if they sit at my natural waist.
